It depends. If you live in a condominium, do check with your MCST if there are any rules, that govern window colour/tint, or reflection amounts.
As a generally guideline, if the film isn’t too strong in colour (e.g. red or silverish), it will be deemed acceptable by the management. For exterior reflection, if it is highly reflective, you could cause the sun rays to be reflected into your neighbour’s house, and caused undue glare and annoyance.
